Lisa was our lifeline to our home throughout the entire build, offering to take pictures and check on the progress when our construction managers (I think we had four different ones over the course of the build!) was less than helpful. She was also instrumental in helping us get a substantial credit towards our build due to a mistake by the builder. If you're building new construction in Sarasota, make sure you get an agent before signing any paperwork. Better yet, give Lisa a call. We first made contact with him a couple years ago while down in Sarasota for vacation. We told him we weren't ready to buy yet, but he graciously spent an afternoon with us, showing us several houses so we'd start learning about different neighborhoods, and he put absolutely no pressure on us to buy at that time. He checked in regularly with us after that and really went to work for us when we retired and made some house-hunting trips to Sarasota. He generously spent many hours showing us every house we requested to see and then some.
